This is the type of swift we use in the shop for converting skeins/hanks of yarn into balls (in conjunction with a ball winder). Much better than other styles we have used because the yarn won't accidentally slip off and leave you with tangled spaghetti!

Also, it can handle small - large diameter skeins/hanks, is made of high quality natural birch with a smooth non-snagging finish, it's easy to put up and take down, and it's a real thing of beauty!
