    • ISAGER TRIO is such a versatile and useful, plant-fibre yarn with a gorgeous, natural sheen.

Spun from 50% linen, 30% cotton and 20% Bamboo, Trio can be used individually, with one, two, three or more strands, or knit it held with other yarns.

Colourways perfectly match other Isager yarns.

We love this yarn for cool Summer garments, lightweight shawls, and in combination with other yarns to add drape, strength or even just for gauge.

Each fibre takes on dye slightly differently which give the yarn, and resulting fabric more interest.

Trio is amazing together with other yarns like Alpaca 1 or Silk Mohair for something warm and soft.  Makes for fun colour-play!

Check out these patterns for Trio.

      [Trio – 2 strands: 3 mm needles = 26 sts / 34 rows
      Trio + Alpaca 1: 3 mm needles = 26 sts / 34 rows
      Trio + Alpaca 2: 3.5 mm needles = 24 sts / 32 rows
      Trio + Silk Mohair: 3.5 mm needles = 22 sts / 28 rows]

    • ISAGER YARNS

Renowned for classic yarns made from natural fibres, well suited for knitting, crochet, weaving and embroidery.

All the wool qualities are ideal for felting and for dyeing with plant dyes.

It is important to us that our yarns are produced with the greatest amount of care taken to both animals and humans.

Yarns bearing the same numbers can replace each other and a number 1 yarn combined with a number 2 yarn can be worked together to make a yarn equivalent to a number 3 yarn.
Yarns marked with * are suitable for machine knitting.

      THE COLOUR RANGE

Carefully created so the colours work well together both within and across the qualities. We rarely change the colours, as the range primarily consists of BASIC COLOURS, amongst which contemporary colours can always be found.

The colours and qualities of our finer yarns can be mixed to create unique pieces.

As a rule, single ply, densely spun yarns should not be used individually for working in the round, as they may pull the finished work. When worked together with other qualities this problem is avoided.
