    • This incredible 100% Spanish merino wool is derived from traditional, transhumant livestock from the province of Badajoz dela Cabello, in Siruela, where the sheep graze in certified dehesa pastureland.

Certified by the seal “100% native wool” of the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment and the National Association of Merino Cattle Breeders, which ensures full traceability. This yarn is also certified Organic.

After being washed in Béjar, it is spun in Val de San Lorenzo, using special processing to give it great softness and exceptional quality. This yarn is woolen spun (instead of worsted spun) which makes it even more bouncy and airy.

The white wool comes from the Romero Pastor cattle ranch from the Pedroches Valley (Córdoba) and the brown wool (from the black merino sheep, a breed in danger of extinction) comes from different Extremadura cattle ranches.

For discerning knitters who value quality and a truly natural product, with equal measures of softness and rusticity, these sheepy bundles of yarn are heavenly!

This yarn softens with wash and wear. We think it's magical.
