After Fingering weight, DK (double knitting) is the most common yarn weight.
Called DK, because it's double the thickness of Fingering (4-ply) yarn.
You may also see it described as Light Worsted.
This is a go-to yarn for multi-season garments, and snuggly accessories, and it's available in a wide range of gorgeous natural fibres and colours.
