- Our Sailor Sweater kits feature the original yarns used by Anne Ventzel for this gorgeous design.
Sailor Sweater has a simple silhouette with the shoulder line pushed forward and a distinctive decrease detail at the cuffs. The sweater is worked from the top down, in the round.
Your Kit Includes:
• YARN: Isager Jensen and Isager Alpaca 1 (in 2 colours). One strand of each yarn held together throughout. See Sizes tab for more info on size options.

• Circular needles: 4mm (40 and 80 cm) and 4.5mm (40 and 80 cm)

Note: It may be necessary to go up a needle size when working with 2 colors to maintain correct gauge.

As a rule, single ply, densely spun yarns should not be used individually for working in the round, as they may pull the finished work. When worked together with other qualities this problem is avoided.
