Another stunner of a pattern (remember Scout Shawl 😍??). Joan has a hybrid shawl/scarf shape which I am really loving.
Joan is inspired by a visit to the Joan of Arc Museum in Rouen, France. It uses numerous slip-stitch patterns to create an engaging colour- and pattern-filled accessory. The shape and patterns reflect the multidirectional lines and structures within armour.
Florence will also be releasing a tutorial for the beautiful ‘Fold Pintuck' instruction, when it launches at the end of March.
It's uniquely constructed in pieces, starting in the middle, then out to the edges, and finally the border. Nothing boring about this knit!
